LED screens are becoming increasingly popular in today’s world. From being used in televisions to being placed in front of computers, they have become a staple in many homes. However, not everyone knows what makes them special. In this video we take a look at some of the qualities of a good LED screen.
1. High Resolution
When looking at a computer monitor, television, or smartphone, resolution refers to how much information can be displayed on-screen. The higher the resolution, the clearer and crisper the image. Most LED screens have a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
2. Brightness
Another quality of LED screens is brightness. These screens are brighter than traditional CRT (cathode ray tube) monitors, LCD (liquid crystal display), and plasma displays. This means that they can easily be seen from across the room.
3. Contrast Ratio
Contrast ratio refers to the difference between the brightest white and darkest black levels. A high contrast ratio means that the blacks are deep and dark while the whites are bright and clear. When comparing different types of screens, make sure to check out their contrast ratios.
4. Color Accuracy
Color accuracy refers to the colors that appear on the screen. Different types of screens produce different colors. Make sure to choose a screen that produces accurate colors.
5. Viewing Angle
Viewing angle refers to how wide the screen can view. If the viewing angle is narrow, then only a small area of the screen can be viewed. On the other hand, if the viewing angle is wide, then a larger area of the screen can view.
6. Size
Size refers to the size of the screen. Smaller screens are easier to carry around and fit into smaller spaces. Larger screens are great for watching movies and playing games.
